Survey: ETC 7-week Instruction

In an effort to better our courses the Ed Tech Faculty would like to invite you to participate in a survey designed to help us elicit feedback on the 7 Week class format.  As you may know, this is our first semester implementing this format and it is important to receive your comments to help us understand how it is working.  With your feedback we will strive to make the appropriate modifications to provide the best online educational experience we can.

By clicking on the link below you will be taken to the survey and by completing the survey you are agreeing to take part in this project.  Please know that there is no requirement to take part in this survey, it is voluntary and there isn't any extra credit or other benefits for participating; other than helping us improve our courses.

The survey is located in the NAU domain of Google Docs, which may require you to login using your NAU UserID and Password.  By placing it within the NAU Domain allows us to open the survey only to the NAU community.

BTW, please excuse any cross listings, which may cause you to receive this email multiple times.  Keep in mind that you only need complete it once.

I’d like to thank you in advance for taking just a few minutes of your time to help us out!
