February 18th Boardmaker Online Training

The Mayer-Johnson Tobii Company would like to work with the AT Center and College of Education to put their product in faculty and student hands at no cost. Let me know if you have thoughts or questions.

On February 18th at 9am the Assistive Technology Center will be hosting a 1-hour Introduction to Boardmaker Online, followed by an optional question/answer session. This will be a face-to-face presentation with webinars to follow in the coming months.

The Mayer-Johnson Tobii company is open  to providing the Institute for Human Development and College of Education with faculty accounts for this product, at no cost, through which students can use this tool to develop academic content which is highly accessible, modifiable, and tracks student use and academic data. The product also allows you to deliver content and track data from an iPad. While this product was initially a product geared to special education, this product now supports differentiated instruction for all learners.

Please join us in the Assistive Technology Center located in Room 171 of the College of Education if you are interested in learning more about this product.
