Those whose proposal was submitted before April 15 should receive two emails from the Conference Program Chairs. One email indicates whether their proposal was accepted and asks the author(s) to confirm their attendance. The second email requires the accepted proposal to be revised and submitted to the conference proceedings before Sep. 30. 2013技术促进教育变革国际会议第二轮(即最后)征集论文的投稿截止日是7月15日。如果您计划出席该会议,请抓紧时间在截稿日期前提交您的稿件。4月15日前所有提交的文章已完成双重盲审，录取通知已发送作者,如果您还没收到(有几封电子信因地址错误被退回),请将您正确的电子信箱发给: shuyan.wang@usm.edu,说明您尚未收到通知。如果您已收到通知，请及时通过电子信确认您是否会出席会议。收到您的确认信后，我们给您寄出正式的录取通知以帮助您申请学校经费及美国签证。
所有被录取的稿件都将被收录到会议论文集中，论文集的截稿日是9月30日，具体要求及提交方法已经通过电子信寄给作者，您还可以在网站上了解详情:http://eitt.theti.org/evaluate/info.do?columnId=2017, 未达到会议论文集要求的稿件和已经录取但没有在会议上演讲的稿件将不被收入论文集。该论文集是美国国会图书馆的正式书号（Print ISSN 2168-944X， CD-ROM ISSN 2166-0557，Online ISSN 2166-0549），可以在EBSCO检索，被论文集收录的稿子不需要额外交费用。
会议的注册信息也已在网站上公布：http://eitt.theti.org/evaluate/info.do?columnId=2017，注册方法将于近期公布，请注意查看。EITT2013于11月4-6日召开，11月3日报到。大会还计划组织会前在华盛顿的考察交流，11月1日（周五）抵达华盛顿，2日（周六）参观考察Maryland远程教育中心及当地文化之旅，3日下午统一乘车到Williamsburg。原则上要求SICET-AP理事会成员全部参加，其他会员自愿参加，额外费用近期将在网站上公布。
