Graduation Application Reminder #ETC645 #ETCCommunity #ETC655

Just a quick reminder for anyone planning on graduating at the end of this semester (December 2012), and you are planning on attending the Commencement Ceremony; you need to make sure that you get your graduation application submitted to your adviser by the deadline, September 7, 2012.

Here is what you need to do….

Send your adviser via email your graduation application packet, which includes:

1) The Graduation Application Form.  You can find it on the NAU Grad College Website.  Click on Student Resources and then Succeeding and look for forms.

2) A completed Program of Studies (fill in the semester and year you took each course.)

3) An unofficial transcript.

4) URL (and any access info, i.e. userid/password) to your Ed Tech Program Portfolio (TaskStream or Google), which includes a tab for each class with the links to artifacts and reflections.

Again, these can be sent to your advisers as email attachments.

Remember, the deadline is approaching really fast.   Be aware, however, that the September 7, 2012 deadline is for folks who are planning on attending the ceremony and want to have their names in the commencement booklet.  If you are planning on graduating, but not planning on attending the ceremony, you will still need to submit your graduation application to have your degree post.  However, you have a bit more time.
