Great PD Opportunity: What iPad Can Do for You and Your Students

We have a great PD event, What iPad Can Do for You and Your Students, on the horizon. I could use your help in spreading the word as we very much want to sell it out. We held this workshop in Tucson about a month ago. One participant said she learned more in one day with Tony than an entire year working on her iPad by herself. 

 

What iPad Can Do for You and Your Students will be held on Saturday, November 2nd in Flagstaff, AZ at the High Country Conference Center from 9:00PM to 3:30PM. Tony Vincent and his iPad will be sharing some of the latest and greatest in apps. Participants will have hands-on and minds-on time with some of the hottest apps for teachers and students. Whether you have one iPad, a small set, or one for each and every student, you will leave with loads of ideas you can immediately put to use in your classroom!

I hope all is really well. I am writing to share the updated notice for the Laura Bassi Scholarship. I would be grateful if you could once again share it with your department as well as extended network of colleagues who might know of interested master's and doctoral candidates (and junior academics). Here are the new details:   The Laura Bassi Scholarship was established by Editing Press in 2018 with the aim of providing editorial assistance to postgraduates and junior academics whose research focuses on neglected topics of study, broadly construed.
