Job Posting: Instructional Designer Wanted

The Warrington College of Business Administration seeks a reliable and
dedicated full-time employee to support online and web-enhanced degree
programs and courses. This is skilled pedagogical and technical work
involving course design, course management systems and other online
teaching tools. The individual in this position will support instructors
in designing courses that follow industry standards and best practices in
instructional design. This individual should be knowledgeable of
principles of adult learning, learning styles, and various instructional
design approaches to design and redesign courses. The individual in this
position will work in varying systems to create, organize, and deploy
online courses and will work with faculty and instructional staff in the
development and implementation of online course materials. This individual
will be is responsible for the design and presentation of course content
and requires creativity, flexibility, organization, and the ability to
plan long range over a variety of overlapping cycles.
